This 32ft travel trailer, built from a 2015 Surveyor Pilot by Forest River, has been transformed into a spacious and stunning Tiny Home, perfect for living, recreation, and entertainment.

Drawing inspiration from the fun and funky interior design style of the mid-century modern era, this RV has been curated and fully remodeled for full-time living. We’re excited to share with you the unique features that make the ‘Mid Mod Traveler’ truly special.

Equipped with a Dometic 13,500 BTU ducted A/C system, a 30,000 BTU Atwood furnace, and a 1500W electric fireplace, this unit is prepared for any weather conditions. With a newly installed full capacity Renogy solar system, including four 400w roof panels, two 12v lithium batteries, and a 2,000w inverter, you can enjoy the benefits of off-grid living. Additionally, the unit features a brand-new Nature’s Head self-contained composting toilet upgrade, adding to the RV’s eco-friendliness.

The ‘Mid Mod Traveler’ can accommodate up to 3 people and weighs 6,934lbs dry, and just under 10,000lbs fully loaded. The all-weather package upgrade includes a 46-gallon fresh water tank and a 75-gallon gray water tank. Both tanks, as well as the underbelly, are heat controlled.

Inside, you’ll find a private front-end primary bedroom, a separate rear-end bathroom with a walk-in shower, custom built-ins, and ample storage. This 240 sq ft home includes furniture and some soft goods, along with a fully automatic washer and dryer combo, with built-in pump drain, and an 8 LBS capacity compact laundry washer spinner.
