Selling our beautiful, fully renovated 2011 custom Forest River Salem travel trailer.
Birch: The Trailor has been a staple in our life since 2022 as a guest house and short-term rental but our neighborhood regulations no longer allow us to use Birch for those purposes. Birch has also traveled from Wisconsin to North Carolina with several additional camping trips.
Birch was upfitted by Chris & Schultz of Wayland Ventures and sports a queen bed that folds out to a king, full kitchen and dining nook, two bunks, a full bathroom with shower and a unique storage garage in the back.
With Scandinavian farmhouse vibes and lots of lovely custom elements, Birch needs a new home where all potential is realized. Ideally, that would be on a lot or piece of property with cover and a deck, water and sewer hookups. As a solid camper, Birch is best pulled by a V-8 vehicle like a Ford F1-50 or large SUV.
The relatively new canopy was recently damaged in a windstorm and subsequently removed (reflected in price).
