Year: 2001
Make: Bluebird
Engine: Cummins 5.9
Transmission: Allison (have serial # if needed)
Odometer reading: Estimating close to 150k. The original bus we bought had around 140-142k miles when we took its engine to put it into this bus. It came with all its service records and we have personally put maybe 4k miles on it ourselves. The current odometer on the dash doesn’t even work. We do have the old dash, we just aren’t sure if it works either – will need to hook it up.

Vevor 8kw diesel heater with 10L tank, 12v, with LCD switch and remote control – Not hooked up, but it is installed into the bus under the fridge. It would either need to be hooked up directly into the diesel tank of the bus, or buy its own tank and mount it underneath.
The only immediate need: the wood door has swollen and doesn’t shut properly. Could be salvaged if you’re good with that kind of thing, or get a metal door fitted.
Why are we selling:
Initially, we wanted a “toy-hauler” for when we go ride our dirt bikes, but once we realized how much a monster Butternut is to pack up and move around, it wasn’t really worth it for a night or two away. She would be great for lengthy trips across the country or to live in, but we don’t have time to do that right now. We would love to keep her and list her on Airbnb, but unfortunately, we don’t have the right location to do that either.
