Our completely and professionally remodeled 2011 Heartland Bighorn 3070RL is about to be completed and we are now scheduling FaceTime walkthrough appointments. This RV will make a fantastic home/vacation home on a stationary spot or a very comfortable and stylish home away from home while camping.

There is plenty of storage inside and out of this RV, it is 34′ 9” long has 3 hydraulic slides with opposing slides in the living area that makes the space feel open and bright.

An amazing kitchen layout (13! drawers) and plenty of cabinet space, a large black stainless one-bowl sink, new Furrion 3 burner range, convection microwave, a large clean propane/electric refrigerator, lots of counter space and an added flip-up bar top on the island.

The backsplash is a zellige tile and the working counters, sink, and stove, are a durable Carrera look-alike laminate countertop, the island and bar are fabricated out of white oak. The custom-built coffee/wine bar with a detailed white oak slat wall and even more counter space, there is also a wine rack, outlet for a coffeemaker, additional storage, the bar sits next to more storage in the tall pull-out pantry.

In front of the large rear picture window, there is open floor space with a freestanding round table and 2 chairs, this area could also be used as an office space, additional storage, or for dog beds/creates.

The wide sofa can be pulled out with a small or large chaise section and has a perfect view of the TV/Fireplace built-in, the sofa also pulls out further into extra sleeping space.

The 43” TV on a TV lift hides neatly behind a fireplace, this custom built also has open storage and a large side counter when the TV is hidden away.

The bathroom has a brand new fresh shower with a clear glass shower enclosure, interlocking vinyl tiles in the shower and wall wainscoting for easy cleaning. The bathroom can be accessed from the hallway or the private master bedroom. In the cozy master bedroom, there are washer and dryer hookups, a large closet with mirrored sliding doors as well as a dresser.

The window coverings throughout have been upgraded to roller shades and for the large back window we added lined curtains.

We created this design with a blend of clean lines, natural white oak custom woodwork, a soothing blue grey (Wall Street – SW), and a clean bright white (Chantilly Lace – BM) the hallway and bathroom walls are a light grey (Pelican Grey – BM) There is attention to detail throughout the RV and no area has been left untouched. This neutral color scheme can easily be personalized to reflect your own style.

We used Benjamin Moore ScuffX paint throughout, all furnishings are included and most of the accessories minus a few personal items that were used for staging. The exterior of this RV is overall in great condition and the tires are heavy-duty 14ply.

We are currently waiting for the rains to stop so we can install the new awning fabric, wash, re-seal and polish the exterior, we will add more exterior images as soon as we do.
