This is a completely renovated RV, an apartment on wheels! It’s a 2008 Montana, 38 +ft Fifth Wheel with 4 slide outs for a total of 300 Sq feet of living space. New waterproof vinyl plank flooring throughout, new paint and new fixtures and upgraded LED recessed lighting throughout that is dimmable. 

Shower has been renovated with waterproof vinyl “Carrera Tile”. Bathroom has been remodeled “Carrera” tile countertop and porcelain vessel sink with a black farmhouse faucet.

The kitchen  has been remodeled with newly painted cabinets, Corian solid surface counter top, black faucet, a microwave, refrigerator and propane stove with 3 burner cook top. 

In the living room there is an electric fireplace with remote, a couch and matching loveseat and lift top coffee table. The dining room has a table and two dining chairs. The bedroom has a king size bed and cedar lined large closet . The washer and dryer come with the RV. Also included is the ducted air conditioning unit, fans and central vacuum.

This RV has been completed cleaned and mechanics have been tested and are in great working order. The gray water tanks, black water tanks, propane and water heater and electric slide outs are all fully functioning. There are washer and dryer hookups,.
