RENOVATED 2011 Jayco Eagle 5th wheel 321RLTS We purchased this trailer in 2020 and renovated it. We’ve been living in the trailer full time and traveling frequently, so we have kept everything up-to-date on maintenance and in good working condition. Wiper seals replaced in 2022. Wheel bearings re-packed in 2022. Power converter replaced/upgraded in 2023.

Refrigerator replaced in 2023. Furnace refurbished in 2023. Hot-water heater, furnace, refrigerator, and both AC’s fully functional.

General: Walls and ceilings painted a crisp clean white. Lifeproof vinyl plank flooring are durable, scratch resident, and easy-to-clean. Low-profile roller window treatments provide privacy while allowing some natural light through.

Slide toppers installed in 2020 to keep water, snow, and debris off the slide roofs. Living area: Desk/home office built into the back section of the trailer. Work chair comfortable and height adjustable.

Modern leather sofa is durable and comfortable. Custom bookshelf added to opposite slide. Wooden cabinetry next to sofa provides quick and easy storage for stowing on the move.

Ceiling fan updated and functional with remote control. Kitchen: Waterproof wooden countertops, sleek grey sink, and copper faucet provide the perfect combination of beauty and functionality in the kitchen. Backsplash features a white hex-tile veneer for a lightweight waterproofing.

Bathroom: Shower and walls updated. Vanity features vessel sink and waterproofed wooden countertop. Toilet: Nature’s Head composting toilet installed and fully functioning to extend your time away from the sewage dump station. (If buyer requests, we can swap out for standard RV toilet as black water tank/system is still fully functional) Bedroom: Dresser updated with wooden countertop and cubbies for keeping shoes or other storage.
