We're selling our farmhouse renovated 2014 Heartland Gateway 3650 bunkhouse. After traveling the US forming great adventures and memories, we've found our "sticks and bricks" and are closing the RV season of our life. Since we were a full-time family (5 of us and 2 cats), it was important to have space for all of us, and for that space to feel like a cozy home.
The RV was renovated by a professional renovator 6 years ago, so there are some differences from the original specs, but for a good idea you can find the original specs for the Gateway here: https://www.rvguide.com/specs/heartland/fifth-wheel/2014/gateway/3650bh.html :: notable difference, our rig has 2 black tanks and 2 grey tanks. 3.5 years ago we put a new roof on and updated the rear ladder ($25,000). We also built custom bunks, we added coconut fiber anti-mold under bed mattress protection, put in a new shower head, replaced the rear leveling legs and put on new tires about 3 years/2,600 miles ago (and greased the bearings). Rig comes with TV, washer/dryer, Anderson hitch and safety chains, wheel chocks and leveling blocks, sewage hoses and braces, toilet/tank sprayer, kitchen table and chairs.
If you are interested, we are also willing to sell our truck as a package deal (2023 Chevy Silverado 2500) contact me for more info. We can also deliver for a competitive price. We took great care of our rig and are ready to launch you into your next adventures!
Non-smoking, no leaks, regularly maintained, and fully functional. Sold as is.
