Condition: The trailer sustained skylight damage during winter 2025–26 and needs repair. No interior damage has resulted and it is being sold as-is. This needed repair is reflected in the price.
Buyers are encouraged to inspect before purchasing. We’re happy to provide close-up photos and additional information about the affected area.
The trailer remained stationary during our ownership and was not hauled by us. Because it is a towable travel trailer, it does not have an odometer.
Furnishings and desert-themed décor are included in the sale. All systems and appliances have been tested and are working.
Buyer must arrange pickup or professional transport. We don’t have the equipment to deliver it, but we’re happy to coordinate access with the buyer or their transporter.
