In the Primary Bedroom there is a queen size bed with underbed drawers and shoe storage, 2 electric outlets with built in USB chargers, and a TV that swivels between the bedroom and living room.

In the Living Room there is a modern couch that folds out into a full-size bed, an ottoman with storage, a coat rack, TV and media center. The Dining Room has a custom table with bench seating on one side and storage underneath, along with 3 new dining chairs. Adjoining the dining room is a Coffee Bar with additional storage and an outlet for an electric kettle or coffee machine. The dining table can double as an office space with a nearby outlet for a laptop.

The Kitchen has been remodeled with emerald cabinets and custom butcher block countertops.
