I bought this last summer from a really nice couple who renovate homes and RVs for a living. I lived in it for about 3 months; the space feels nice and roomy and has plenty of windows/storage. I was alone with my dog but there is definitely room for 2 humans. The couch in the living room is homemade from a high-quality, microbe-resistant latex mattress and is extremely comfortable. It does not pull out into a bed but is long enough for someone to sleep on.
Roof resealed June 2022. No leaks, no water damage. Frame in excellent condition. Four Goodyear tires purchased August 2022.
Full interior remodel 2022, including new flooring, butcher block waterfall-style countertop, and high-output lighting.
Ample overhead storage with sturdy, vintage hardware. New cabinetry with soft close drawers. Spacious under-bed area with pullout baskets.
Features electric fireplace (produces heat!) with real wood mantle, swivel-mounted smart TV, new gas stovetop, dual-power refrigerator, electric A/C, gas furnace / water heater. New-in-box tankless water heater included ($600 value; not currently installed). All appliances in good working order as of last use in December 2022.
No leaks in propane system; professionally tested October 2022. Includes two 30-lb propane bottles less than a year old.
New awning. Very roomy pass-thru storage with exterior access at front end.
About 5,500 lbs dry weight according to manufacturer. Pulls very easily with my 1996 F350.
Currently in covered storage in Oklahoma City.
