We are selling our custom-renovated, coastal-inspired, fifth-wheel RV. It is a 40ft. 2013 Open Range 386FLR located near Raleigh, NC. Perfect for glamping, AirBnB/VRBO, full-time RV living on the road or stationary living. We’ve loved living tiny in this RV since June 2016 and are looking for someone who will love and care for it as much as we did.

Renovations include a completely painted interior (Behr Ultra White, Deep Breath and Green Meets Blue), new LVP flooring in the bedroom and living room, herringbone marble imitation vinyl in the bathroom, a kitchen island with quartz countertop, Cubic Mini wood stove, slide out awnings, clear skylights, Ring doorbell, Smart Things security and RV smart lock, custom carpentry such as beams, door frame, and desk, decor and furniture including couches and bedroom mattress, blinds and curtains, lighting including LED touch screen light switches and kitchen light, modern kitchen faucet, high-efficiency shower head, and all new appliances including a GE convection microwave oven, Haier residential fridge and a Splendide all-in-one washer and dryer.

In the Primary Bedroom there is a king-size bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress and ample below-bed storage, custom closet space with copper piping clothing rack, shelving above the bed, included all-in-one Splendide washer and dryer, included Dyson DC35 vacuum and space for a laundry basket. There is a large window with a shade and two smaller windows with upgraded roller blinds.

The Main Area is very open and spacious complete with a living room, desk space, and plenty of storage. The living room is equivalent to a 12′ x 14′ room equipped with a grey chaise lounge that folds into a bed, a brick red Duo Bed sectional/bed with storage, an electric fireplace, two large windows with custom curtains and four smaller windows with roller blinds, ample storage, and a wood burning Cubic Mini stove. The desk space has a custom espresso-stained, lacquer-finished wood countertop with black iron industrial pipe legs, two large windows with upgraded roller blinds and overhead storage.

The Kitchen has tall, 8ft. ceilings and is the equivalent to an 8′ x 10′ kitchen. has been remodeled to include a large island with a custom quartz countertop and two barstools, a wicker light, and new appliances including a 16.8 cu. ft. Haier residential fridge and GE convection microwave oven, and stylistic stairs leading into the living room and bedroom. You have an unobstructed view spanning more than 20ft.! There is a very large window with custom curtains and space for a gallery wall or open shelving. The cabinets are deep and offer plenty of storage both on the uppers and below.

The ensuite Bathroom has been updated with a porcelain Dometic toilet, herringbone vinyl marble-like flooring and a solid metal shower head. The shower is large at 48″ x 30″ and has glass doors with a clear skylight above which really brightens the space. The cabinets are very deep and offer tons of linen/toiletry storage and the mirror cabinet offers additional storage as well.

The front living room arrangement allows for massive bonus storage, over 170cu.ft. of additional exterior storage, with access on both sides. It is a four-season rated fifth wheel insulated to R38 standards from roof to slide-outs to the underbelly. Outdoor shower hookups included.
