2010 Georgetown Motorhome

This newly renovated and decorated RV is for sale in Lincoln, Nebraska and is ready to hit the road.  We have put lots of love into upgrading and modernizing this motorhome.

This 2010 Forest River Georgetown Class A uses gas fuel and has low miles (32,649).  It has a Ford Chassis and a Ford Triton V10.  All tires were replaced in 2022. It is 37.5 ft long and sleeps 4 with 3 slide outs.  The front two slides are opposing thus creating a large living space for the main living, dining and kitchen areas. Back slide is in the master bedroom.  The electric fireplace is a real treat on those chilly early mornings or evenings.

Upgrades include: full wall paint, luxury vinyl flooring, window treatments, new shower head, bathroom countertop and sink, Visio LED Smart TV w/surround, Sony stereo w/Bluetooth in cockpit, brand new captain and passenger chairs with an optional table for additional eating space, and we added a wall attached multi-purpose bar.  We enjoy using it for dining, playing games/puzzles, or office workspace.  Best of all, you have large windows to enjoy the view right where you’re seated. Shiplap wall in master bedroom as well as shiplap ceiling.  The roof was resealed, and all vent and a/c covers were replaced during our renovation.
